Clinical Pilates

What is Clinical Pilates?

Clinical Pilates is a specialised form of Pilates tailored to meet your individual needs and goals, particularly focusing on rehabilitation and injury prevention. Unlike traditional Pilates, our program is run by qualified physiotherapists and exercise physiologists, ensuring you receive expert guidance that is safe, effective, and aligned with your body's specific requirements.

Why Pilates with Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists?

Personalised Attention:

Our clinicians have an in-depth understanding of biomechanics, injury, and rehabilitation. They will guide your movement to ensure correct form and function, helping you achieve your goals safely.

Injury Prevention & Rehab:

Whether you are recovering from an injury or looking to prevent future issues, our tailored exercises help you build strength, improve posture, and enhance flexibility under expert supervision.

High-Quality Supervision:

With a maximum of 4 participants per class, you’ll benefit from close supervision and personalized modifications, ensuring you make the most of every session.
